Why fitness??

As we all are living in a digitally growing world, health and fitness have been a prime issue for a lot many people out here. We all are too busy in creating a better lifestyle for ourselves that we have no time for our health or we can see that we dont undserstand the importance of a healthy body and healthy lifestyle. We have lost our ways for healthy life.

We dont have enough time for our body which in return is creating a lot of problems in the younger group of society. Teenagers are going through a lot of problems that remained un-noticed by the parents and the elders such as chronic health issues, mental illness, mental pressures which leads to issues such as depression.

The worst part is almost more than half of people are not aware of the fact that all these problems are the bi-product of the unhealthy lifestyle that we all are living. It may be conciously or subconciously but its affecting us very badly.

These problems are must to be addressed and can be solved by just making some little and healthier chnages in our way of living.

Our body is our canvas that can only be painted by ourselves.
